Little Plans support
For the Little Plans iOS app, Android app and web app.
Little Plans is a small app for two people: a shared list of things you want to do together, a way to pick one, a planner for outings, and a place to keep what you did. If something isn’t working, or you’re not sure how a part of it is meant to work, write to me and I’ll answer myself.

Common questions
- I didn’t get a sign-in code. Codes come from “Little Plans <hello@neetree.app>” and last ten minutes. Check spam, then tap “Send a new code”. There is no password to reset.
- How do I add my partner? Settings → Us → Invite, or the “Share invite” link at the top of any tab. Each invite works once and lasts a week. Your space holds exactly two people.
- Driving times look off. They are estimates from OpenStreetMap road routing, labelled as such in the plan. Opening hours are whatever one of you typed. Check both before you go.
- How do I leave a space or delete my account? Settings → Us → Leave space, or Settings → Delete account. What each one removes is spelled out on the privacy page. If you can’t sign in any more, email support@neetree.app from the address you signed up with and I’ll delete the account for you.
- Notifications aren’t arriving. Settings → Notifications shows whether this phone or browser is turned on and which kinds you hear about. If your phone’s own Settings have notifications off for Little Plans, turn them on there first. You only ever hear about what your partner adds, never your own doings.
- Can I get a copy of our stuff? Settings → Export downloads a JSON file with your ideas, plans and memories.
